THE N.U.P. PROGRAM

* Economic, social and environmental problems cannot be solved under capitalism. Working for a new system is the only practical course of action.

* Real socialism is not state control from the top down. It's a stateless workplace democracy from the bottom up.

* One big democratic union of all workers -- blue-collar, white-collar, professional -- will give us the economic power to fight the corporations today, and to manage product/on for human needs instead of profit tomorrow.

* A workers' political party with a single demand -- The Workplaces to the Workers! -- will educate and rally the majority for a revolution at the ballot box, the people's mandate for economic democracy.
